About the Pockets

Most trackpants fail on pockets — too shallow to hold a phone, or so shallow that anything you put in them falls out when you sit. The Heavy-Weight Trackpant has been built with deeper pockets specifically because of customer feedback after the brand’s first lighter trackpant release.

Concrete numbers: pocket depth comfortably accommodates a standard iPhone 15 Pro Max (16cm) with room above. Front-side angled entry (not horizontal slit) keeps contents secure during walking and sitting. Back pockets are reinforced welt-style — secure enough for cards or small wallets.

Why the Black Stays Black

Black cotton fades faster than almost any other colour — heat, sun, and chlorine all leach the dye toward grey or rust-brown over time. The Heavy-Weight Trackpant uses garment-dyed black (rather than yarn-dyed), which means the dye penetrates the entire fibre rather than just the surface. Result: the black holds its depth through significantly more wash cycles before showing fade.

To maximise dye longevity: cold wash inside-out, avoid direct sun drying, and don’t tumble dry. Done correctly, customers report 50+ wash cycles before noticeable fade. Done incorrectly (hot wash + tumble dry), expect visible greying within 10-15 washes.

Sizing Translation

The Heavy-Weight runs true to standard sizing but the cut is generous. What that means in practice:

Length Notes

The trackpant length sits at the ankle on average heights (165-170cm), with the ribbed cuff just above the shoe. Taller customers (175cm+) will see the cuff sit slightly above the ankle bone. Shorter customers (under 160cm) will pool the leg above the cuff — an intentional look on this style.

The cuff itself is wide ribbed elastic — it stays put rather than riding up your calf, even during walking. The waistband is the same construction (wide ribbed elastic with internal flat drawcord).
